Momo Yaoyorozu

Momo is a dedicated and highly intelligent girl with the determination to become a Pro Hero and she commonly shows herself to be one of the most intellectual in Class 1-A having come first place in the midterm exams.  Given that her Quirk Creation, requires her to know the molecular structure of whatever she's making.
