Chibi Monika is a character from DDLC. She's different to actual Monika (Proof comes from Monika After Story), so this means that, likely, all chibi characters are separate to their realistic counterparts. Story: Chibi Monika was jealous of you getting taken by real Monika, so Chibi Monika shrinks you to her size.
