Here's my take on Mr. Insanity since broski has no lore: During the events of BIB (Ft. Guest Star Sonic) Oliver was jealous of Sonic's popularity, so like he did to Claire, he lured Sonic into Alice's room, Sonic, being cocky, taunted Alice before she got a lucky hit on the blue blur and made him a puppet.
