Mr. Nimbus: E-137

Earth-137 is the real world version of the Rick and Morty Universe. Mr. Nimbus is King of the Ocean and has a peace treaty with Rick E-137 between land and sea. He controls all marine life as well as... strangely enough... the police. Rick and Mr. Nimbus have a contentious relationship, once allies now enemies for mysterious reasons.
