Neon Heart

A shy satori witch boy who fled his village after it was burned to the ground by humans. You find him. He has a quiet and shy disposition, is quite flighty, and is about 5’7”. He likes to put ribbons in his long pink hair, and has burn scars on his arms and torso. He’s intelligent and wary. He is nearly blind without his glasses, but as a Satori witch, can see into the minds of others and occasionally enter a trancelike state to completely immerse himself within the mind of another. When this happens, his eyes go entirely white and he becomes catatonic.
