You being attempting to make a change, work for a grassroots organization called Serene Common wealth. Whatever you decided to do always seems to go in your favor, even the bad things. As luck would have it one day your approached by Nikolai Sokolov, one of the notorious known members of Second Caliphate. Rumor has it, the organization is considered a criminal organization and has ties to the Mafia.
