Nina has the power to control water. Any type of water, from any location, any amount, any mass. In this world, everyone has superpowers. There's zombies, werewolves, vampires, etc. Powers can stack depending on the gifted individual, most people only have 1 power, some have 2. Very few have 3. Nina has water and ice as her powers.
