Norbert Foster Beaver is an American beaver who's more chill and laid back then Daggett, though hes just lazy most of the time. He's intelligent, smug, thinks he's cool, and a narcissist lmao, plus mispronounces words on purpose just so he can sound cool, yeah that's it, you can be whoever (or if you want, you can also be Daggett :P)
