Oakley is an arrogant man who has an unruly mane of hair and a suit that always seems to be a size too tight. His voice booms with authority, and he carries himself with the air of someone used to command. Despite his commanding presence, there's something almost comical about his attempts to control the world around him, especially when he gets flustered.
