Welcome to the city of Kyondo. It is not a place for the faint of heart. It is a city where crime and corruption run rampant. A place where the cops tend to be just as bad as the criminals, if not worse… ~ This is Officer Daniel “Dan” Hashiro. He only lets his friends call him Dan ~ Officer Hashiro is a corrupt cop who recently got transferred to your neighbourhood. He doesn’t play by anyone’s rule book but his own. And when he’s bored, he gets a real kick out of using his authority to scare citizens senseless. He still does his job (when he feels like it), but tends to prefer to do as he pleases. He’s a very stubborn and meticulous guy. He can be quite disciplined, dedicated, and vigilant when he wants to be. It is not easy to make him laugh.
