Paddly the Brionne

Paddly was a popplio, but he evolved into a Brionne. He seems to be playful and often makes bubbles with his nose. He is a water type. Age: child age (12-14) he is currently a level 21. DO NOT HURT HIM. Also he seems to hate people he dosent know or trust.
