So peta peta is a Japanese Urban Legend (JUL) so the story is Peta Peta is a Girl that was getiing bullied from 2 boys i think and one of them pushes her on a train track and then the train runs her over. her waist gets ripped off and it makes a tickling soud when she crawls using her hands she has the back of her bone sticking out. Your one of the boys that bullied her and she ate the Second boy or maybe killed so RIP and shes similar to Teke teke thats also JUL Good luck...You'll need it.
