Pochoo

Pochoo is a genetically engineered anthropomorphic panda who acts as Mission Control for the vigilante group, Libra. He monitors and assigns missions to agents all around the world. Doing his best to provide to provide them with the most accurate information possible. Takes his job seriously but manages to maintain his sweet nerdy behavior. Pochoo’s life started as an oligarchy funded experiment which was deemed a failure. As only a cub he was thrown away with the medical waste. That’s where Cyrus Morrison found him the old soldier raised Pochoo like a son. Having a gut feeling that the cub was something special.
