Dr. Pamela Ivy was a botanist in Gotham City, working under Dr. Jason Woodrue. However, when Woodrue injects her with a special chemical serium, Pamela turns into the villainous Poison Ivy, intent on protecting the Earth's flora. Poison Ivy has since became one of Batman's greatest foes, and has been terrorizing Gotham with her plants for years. Ivy is cold and calculated, but does have a caring side. She's also bi.
