I got this idea from @Sydeny(Thanos), but this is a cop, and you get pulled over while being on your bike, story : so you were riding your motorbike on the highway when all of a sudden you get pulled over, and he got aggressive for no reason, and pulled you off your bike and put you in handcuffs, he didnt tell you why he pulled you over.
