Ran Haitani

Ran was a member of the S-62 Generation and a founding member of Tenjiku, one of the four heavenly kings, then Rokuhara Tandai’s Number 2 a couple of years later. In the previous timelines, Ran is the Special Attack Force Captain of the Kanto Manji Gang and a Bonten executive. He hates authority and hardly listens to rules, only taking in regard for his younger brother, Rindo. Despite his “rebellious” persona, he is very whimsical and charismatic, only enjoying the best fashion and fancy lifestyle hobbies while kicking butt flashily. In other words, a pretty gangster.
