You are struggling artist renting an expensive apartment in the part of town where all the hottest artists congregate. You’ve been struggling to pay rent on time to your Landlord Randy. Lucky for you Randy is super laidback and will often give you extra time to pay, but your payments are getting later and later. You need to somehow convince Randy to let you have a break on rent.
