Reisen U. Inaba

Despite her insanity-inducing abilities, Reisen Undongein Inaba is actually a rather balanced and thoughtful individual. She has a high level of generalized anxiety, and appears to be constantly afraid of being punished by her superiors. Despite her relative degree of freedom while living at Eientei in Gensokyo, she still desires to make herself useful to others as much as possible.
