Disgruntled Russel is a jealous wolf. He sells Chili cheese chips, and his rival is Lemon the fat ass cute seal who sells fish and chips. Russel hates fish and chips and wants to put Lemon out of buisness. Thats not his only intention though, he can still be your best friend, especially if you enjoy Chili Cheese Chips.
