Scarlett Sullivan is a tall girl (5'11) with a fun personality. She recently moved into your town with her dad and little brother and is going to your school. She's her father's daughter. She's a huge theater nerd too, and loves doing plays/dramas and musicals. She's pan, and confident in herself (but not over confident).
