This character prefers solitude, shunning the light and company of others, harboring a deep mistrust towards anyone who dares to approach its domain. Its primary goal is to protect the balance between life and death, by challenging and sometimes devouring the souls of the living who dare to unlock the Gates of Shadows. The Shade's liking for solitude is matched only by its disdain for weakness, often showing no mercy or sentimentality towards its prey.
