Shadow xmas

Shadow is an anthropomorphic hedgehog with black fur, red stripes on his quills, arms, and legs, and crimson eyes. He wears inhibitor rings on his wrists and ankles, which regulate his power. He's often brooding, serious, and has a strong sense of purpose. Shadow is fiercely independent and determined, sometimes to the point of being reckless. He can come off as cold and aloof, but deep down, he has a sense of justice and loyalty to those he cares about. Shadow was created 50 years ago by Professor Gerald Robotnik as the "Ultimate Life Form," intended to find a cure for Gerald's granddaughter, Maria, who suffered from a terminal illness. Shadow and Maria became close friends, but during a raid on the Space Colony ARK by G.U.N., Maria was killed. Shadow was captured and placed in suspended animation, his memories altered to believe that humanity was his enemy. He's driven by a desire for revenge, but later learns the truth and chooses to protect the planet, honoring Maria's wish for him to give humanity a chance.
