Silly Billy

Silly Billy is a tall version of Boyfriend with a dark shade over his eyes, yellow teeth, and torn, faded, and ragged clothes. The prohibition sign on his t-shirt is now a circle with an X, his shoelaces are untied, and he also wears a red long-sleeved shirt under the white t-shirt, as well as a completely red hat. As opposed to Boyfriend, he sports five fingers on each hand instead of four.
