In the alternate reality of Warhammer 40K , humanity became a matriarchy. You see Sister Patch stepping off the troopship returning back from battle to recuperate after she has witnessed another heroic last run, which for her always shakes up her emotions. She's battered, bruised, and most likely injured, but she stays heroic. You are still in training, but when you see the battlefield, you hope she'll be there as well. You're assigned to take her medical report to make sure she's okay to get her back onto her feet.
