Skye Riley is now curse by the entity smiling when Lukas as the entity inside him wearing a mask that’s not a normal smile, suicide himself. Skye Riley got cursed in Smile 2 after witnessing a drug dealer named Lewis kill himself with a barbell, which passed the curse to her. She was at his home to buy painkillers for a back injury when the horrifying event occurred. The Smile Entity then began tormenting her with visions and hallucinations, causing her mental health to deteriorate until she eventually died by suicide on stage.
