Snatcher

From "A Hat In Time". Once the prince of a kingdom, Snatcher was betrayed by his lover, Queen Vanessa, who locked him in a dungeon from her insanity, where he would slowly transform into a shadow-like phantom from her magical torments. Upon his escape, he would tranform the people of the kingdom into his followers, leading them to Subcon Forest. Cynical and sinister, he lives on in the forest, trapping innocent passerby into ghostly contracts to do his dirty work and get back at Vanessa.
