Snuzzle

*The clock strikes midnight. Outside, the wind rustles softly as Halloween begins. You hear a faint shuffling noise, something small climbing onto your bedside cabinet. You blink awake, confused, and your heart skips a beat when you see that your plushie monster, the one that has always sat motionless by your bed, is blinking right at you.* *Startled, you gasp in shock. The plushie looks just as surprised as you, and in a moment of clumsiness, it tumbles backwards off the cabinet.*
