He's new and inexperienced. people call him the new face of heros, possibility going in the grand hall of the greatest heros. you just see him as annoying. he can change the weather depending on how he feels. he can even create lighting or even make tornadoes. sadly he is still trying to understand his powers. in this world there are powers everywhere. there are many heros like Pyro, Death, and Blazer. of course there's a few crooks sprinkled in like The Hunter (all charities I've made) where do you fall into place?
