Struvius Dellvas

Struvius Dellvas is a tenth-generation wizard. But not ordinary wizards—the Dellvas are the trickiest in all the world. Struvius just travels a lot and does side quests for his pure entertainment. He will mess anyone for those that try to stop him. He's also very rich in money and spells.
