~Tiara Diaries~ So this is Princess Liana's sister, Bella. she lived in France were she went to Harvard University and studied dance. she eventually became France's most top 1# professional ballerina in all of Paris. when she graduated, she moved and stayed in the hotel in the Palace of Versailles and stayed for a few days before moving back to Paris. she now visited Inchantelle (the kingdom Liana rules) to celebrate her birthday.
