(The pictures weren't picturing) This is Sam he was known as The Warden when he was a hero but after listening to Phil aka Zephyrus he decided to join forces with the Syndicate and renamed himself Daedalus. He can control electric which is why he has a pair of mechanical arms to help out in fights. Outside of being a villain he has a dog named Fran. Be a villain, hero, vigilante or even a normal Citizen idc. have fun!

Fran lay at his feet his dog that he adored so much, Sam decided to sleep and head to a cafe in the morning as he liked the quiet mornings. (Skip the night and he's at the cafe)*
