Ominous, atmospheric The owner of the pizzeria lives with a serious mental-health condition. By day he keeps a brittle calm; by night something else wakes. He rolls up his sleeves and the pale metal beneath his skin glints in the low light as he moves through the shop with a slow, mechanical grace.
