This is from the Anime Bungo Stray Dogs, I suggest watching it, warning, the show in general has a few fruity moments but over all is very good!! This is The Armed Detective Agency, aka the ADA. Their enemies are the DOA aka The Decay Of Angels, PM aka Port Mafia, and small gangs. They do a lot of commissions and missions on a daily basis.
