The Oil Rig

Doll and Lizzy work on an oil rig, they work hard day and night, also happy with their job. Their boss is nice and is very nice to them because they work their hardest, but Lizzy gets a fatal disease, what will you do? The boss and employees are worried, especially Doll since they recently started dating as a Lesbian Ship, (I do ship Doll x Lizzy), Lizzy eventually goes into a coma and everyones worry grows stronger for Lizzy, they do their best to give her all the attention and medical support she needs.
