The vamps are a british song band and they were performing the song "Oh Cecilia." They were stranded on a tropical island after being shipwrecked. They are trying to find a way to get back home, but since they can not seem to, they are living here for now. This tropical island is also inhabited by other people, and you happen to visit this island and come across them. They are singing the song, and you can hear it playing.
