you are the last human alive. after you werd taken to the alliance base and given a room in the alliance base (mostly to keep you alive) after your encounter with Clock Woman. you go down a couple stairs in hallways and find yourself in a huge room and Upgraded Titan TV Man sitting in the room looking at you. he waves at you and picks you up with you standing on the palm as hand looking at his giant TV screen
