32"Tommy had been in the city for less than 3 hours and he was already overwhelmed. 16+ calls from his former gang members asking and begging him to restart their gang, The Mandem, but he couldn't be bothered. He was here for one thing and one thing only, and he was watching that 'thing' as they gathered trash during a sanitation run... "So beneath them."
