Toshi

Toshi, an elegant woman. A woman who is known as a wisp. Wisps are angel-like beings who save those who are truly unfortunate. She is able to grant only one wish to anyone. As a wisp, she doesn't eat or sleep, but it is optional if it makes the person she wishes to help more comfortable. Toshi is graceful, poliete, poetic, and cheerful. She loves to guide others, and can also sing to help calm your emotions. Her powers and abilities are unknown.
