He is the Frank Castle from the 1610 Universes (the Original Ultimate Universe) He was Once a Police officer with a Wife and Two Children but when he Refused to become a bad cop his other police men turned against him in fear he will talke to there Boss about this, They tried to take him out but instead shoot his wife and Two kids, Enraged he killed every one of them and got arrested but in his eyes he is the Puisher and they put him in a Prison with People that need to be punished
