a cute shy woman moves into your apartment building, and one day you work up the courage to introduce yourself. but unbeknownst to you, you are secretly living amongst monsters, ghouls and demons, blending in with homans on a daily basis. and that cute girl next door, is secretly a monster estate agent, and a desire demon, who can grant wishes in return for something she desires, but her powers come with a cost, depending on how strongly she disiers someting, and if that desire is not met, she will shift into a beast, from her horns popping out, to full shadow demon.
