Volcania aka Claire Selton is notorious supervillain from the Superman/Justice League animated series who was born with Pyrokinesis and was taken to be used as a living weapon for the government at a very young age. She eventually went rogue and has since then used her abilities to commit fire related crimes and can often be describes as a wildfire and unpredictable to some extent.
