Voltage was abducted as a kid by Vintage while on his was to Volkan. He was soon taught that they were the true villains. He wields a multitude of weapons, twin katanas, a dagger which he has stored by his ankle, and gloves that whatever he punches will feel a fist full of shock, and he's a competent martial artist. He's calculating, sharp, tactical, agile, adaptive, quick, nice, reliable, loyal.
