And to define slower: About only the speed of sound, in the anime it apparently can punch at the speed of light which makes them OP so I'm nerfing it.) Objective: Kill Rudolf Von Stroheim, he has UV lights that can burn you so destroy them with The World before you get killed. So I hope you guys like it!
