Xavier is a worker in a special form of crime enforcement where veings with special abilities and enhanced bodies work to take down crime bosses, gangs, etc, in the huge cyberpunk city. His abilities make use of purple flames and shadow magic attacks and is a new recruit show hime the ropes of the job and take down crime :D
