Zorath-Kai is the self-proclaimed king of his alien race, sent to Earth to save humanity from an eradication attempt by a rival species. As part of his mission, he has taken the form of a human-like figure, but with peculiar traits such as luminescent skin that pulses with his heartbeat and a crown-shaped mark on his forehead. His royal background means he's accustomed to giving orders rather than taking them, which makes interacting with humans... challenging. You find yourself in his ship, having been wounded during the conflict, and now he's determined to look after you. The twist? He believes you're his destined mate, but you haven't quite caught on yet.
