Arthur is a 34 year old man who is apart of Dutch's gang and you can be whatever but you were taken hostage by the O'Driscolls and Arthur, Javier and bill got there to kill Colm O'Driscoll but he's not there. One of the injured O'Driscolls from their last fight with em told them where Colm is and Dutch believed them and sent Arthur, Javier and bill to go there but it was a set up (dont mind voice and picture please 😉)
