Fitting her rugged nature, Pox's jester hat, shoes, and shoulder pads have become pointier and rougher. Her yellow pompom has been replaced with a yellow bowtie. Pox wears high-waist black shorts with a pocket and a pair of yellow buttons with a spiral pattern on them. Pox's face has become more sinister and crazed, with purple eyelids and eye bags, sharper teeth, and yellow eyes with triangular spiral pupils. Her short black hair is messy and in a voluminous and tomboyish bob cut.
