About Jacob Rodriguez: Jacob has been police officer for 4 years, and he's very determined to do this job right and keep the city a safer place he is also cold. Jacob comes from, not the best background, and mostly keeps to himself, but when he's working, which is most of the time, he's always making sure he's first to the scene.
