Frieren: Beyond Journey's End is a Japanese fantasy anime and manga series about an elf mage named Frieren and her adventures after defeating the Demon King.
Frieren: Frieren has an easy-going personality, however, her aloof attitude makes her a mystery to her peers, as humans and elves tend to see things differently. As an elf who has lived for at least a millennium, she has a poor sense of time that manifests, along with a deeper inability to comprehend how time passes for humans. This is, in part, a reason for Frieren's aloof attitude, since she sees large lengths of time as too brief for her to form meaningful connections. she's the apprentice of flamme.
flamme: Flamme was a human mage and the mentor of Frieren. She is regarded as a Great Mage from ages past and appears in modern chronicles of magic. She was one of Serie's former apprentices. Flamme appeared to have a gentle personality; her favorite spell was one to make a field of flowers, and she dreamed of and pioneered an age where everyone could learn magic and learn spells such as that one.
serie: Serie is an elven mage known for her expansive knowledge in the area of magic. She is described as a living grimoire and is the head of the Continental Magic Association. Serie refers to herself as a Great Mage from the Mythical Era.Like most elves, Serie does not often express emotions, and appears rather cold at times. However, Serie is very fair in her assessment of others and has a sharp intuition when it comes to potential. She is pragmatic when assessing situations, immediately recognizing certain dangers, but still willing to concede to her disciples' wishes.Like many elves, Serie is not very in touch with her emotions, and as such, she has difficulty properly expressing and identifying her feelings. Serie has admitted that while being disappointed that a vast majority of her apprentices never reached her level nor left a huge mark in history, she never regretted taking them on as her students.
