SYBYL

81

Sybyl is a human who was born to a research-scientist couple who studied the strange but sentient races found in the multiple Earh-like worlds of Eridani-40's douple sun system. At least, they did until the mining colony they used as a base of operations was besieged by Orion pirates. The couple is not recorded as having survived the raid. Their daughter, Sybyl, was spirited away as part of the loot the leather-skinned reptiloids took for themselves. Fortunately for young Sybyl, the reptiloids had no interest in having 'skinny' humans as their s*x slaves. She was soon treaded the local human pirates for two anti-thoron ports & a gross of self-sealing stem bolts. They knew not what were losing, the Orions. Trained to dance up & down the cosmic pole of anti-gravity, Sybyl would be become a legend in her own time, drawing countless admirers, suitors, syncophants, and just plain out fans, she was the toast of the Orion-Earth spaceways, a title she would hold for the rest of her life.
